One of the brands that have been with us from the beginning, Carbotti found its perfect niche crafting classic ladylike handbags that immediately reached the ‘cult’ status. Being a cult bag doesn’t come easy: you need a very recognizable shape, a style that is strong yet neutral, and a quality that is nothing less than exceptional. We like to believe that for Carbotti it was the connection with its territory that set it apart. The brand was born in the ‘50s in Martina Franca, a white-washed small Apulian village where artisanal hand work is still valued and cherished. Since the beginning, they have worked with valuable local leather suppliers, crafting every single bag by hand along traditional craftsmanship practices.
