PIEROTUCCI

Pierotucci was established in 1972, the eponym of the artisan who founded the company, and began as a small leather workshop in the historical center of Florence. Mr. Piero Tucci opened his workshop on Via Toscanella where he designs and manufactures high-quality leather goods, supplying them to local retailers. Pierotucci is still operative as a family business, managed entirely by the Tucci family with the technical and commercial direction of Mr. Tucci's two sons, Matteo and Marco. Over the last 30 years, the brand has created over 60 collections—all of them handmade in their laboratory in Florence. Goods are produced by expert craftsmen whom follow traditional methods—cutting leather, processing, painting, sewing, finishing details and constructing every single part of a bag in a day's work. The leathers used are of the best quality, including selected calfskin, soft Nappa lambskin and vegetable-tanned leather—all from the most famous Tuscan tanneries located near Florence.
